Hi, I’m sam

I help nutritional therapists and functional medicine practitioners get found online

without turning into their own marketing department.

Marketing that

actually gets done

The road here wasn't a straight line. From the London College of Fashion to the international drinks trade, then into corporate banking 'for a change', I spent years looking for where I actually belonged.

It was my own health that pointed the way.

In my early thirties, struggling to get pregnant, I couldn't get the full picture from conventional medicine. I started reading, started asking better questions, and went through IVF while learning just how much whole-body support actually mattered. What stayed with me afterwards wasn't just what I'd learned; it was how little I'd known was even available to me.

After my son was born, I was exhausted and no longer aligned with corporate life, so I retrained in marketing and web design. The two threads, women's health and building things that work, came together, and I've spent the last five years working almost exclusively with practitioners doing the kind of work I wish I'd known about sooner.

At home, I live with my eleven-year-old son and my husband, who's disabled following a stroke in 2022. Balancing work, family, and the everyday reality of living with brain injury has only added to why my work matters.
