Found & Followed Programme Terms

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the Found & Followed programme. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

1. About these terms

These terms form a binding contract between you (the buyer) and Sam Ferguson, trading as Sam Ferguson Digital Marketing, of 27 Copsewood Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 5DY (referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our' in this document).

These terms apply specifically to your purchase of the Found & Followed programme. They are in addition to our website Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, both available at sam-ferguson.co.uk.

If anything in these terms conflicts with our general website Terms and Conditions, these programme-specific terms take precedence in relation to your Found & Followed purchase.

2. The programme

Found & Followed is a 90-day closed-cohort online programme teaching the Instagram trial reels method for women working in the wellness sector. Your purchase includes:

  • Access to all course guides hosted in our member area

  • One live group introduction video call at the start of the cohort

  • Monthly live group drop-in video calls during the 90-day programme

  • Access to a private Facebook group community for the duration of the programme

The programme is delivered entirely online. There are no in-person elements.

3. Programme dates and access

The first cohort of Found & Followed begins on 20 June 2026 and ends on 22 September 2026 (94 days). Future cohorts will have their own start and end dates, which will be communicated at the point of sale.

Access to all programme elements (Facebook group, member area, live calls) closes at the end of the 90-day period.

4. Course materials and download window

Course guides are available to download from the member area throughout the 90-day programme.

A 7-day grace period follows the end of the programme, during which you can still log in and download any remaining materials. After this grace period (97 days from the programme start date) the member area closes and we are unable to re-issue materials. We strongly encourage you to download all course materials during the programme rather than relying on the grace period.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase via Stripe in pounds sterling (GBP). Buyers may choose, at checkout, to spread payment using any 'buy now, pay later' option offered by Stripe (such as Klarna). Where this option is taken, the agreement to repay is between the buyer and the third-party provider, not us. From our perspective, payment is received in full at the point of purchase.

Your purchase is confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a payment receipt from Stripe and a separate welcome email from us with onboarding details.

6. Your right to cancel and our refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content or services bought online (the 'cooling-off period').

By purchasing Found & Followed and accepting these terms at checkout, you are expressly requesting that we begin providing the programme (including access to materials, the member area, the Facebook group, and any scheduled live calls) immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel and obtain a refund once access has been granted.

For the purposes of this clause, 'access has been granted' means the earlier of: (a) the programme start date, or (b) the date on which your member area login credentials are issued or your Facebook group invite is sent, whichever occurs first.

Once access has been granted, the programme is non-refundable in full or in part. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances where you change your mind, are unable to attend live calls, choose not to engage with the materials, or decide the programme is not suitable for you.

If you wish to cancel within the cooling-off period and before access has been granted, please email hello@sam-ferguson.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation request.

7. What we promise and what we do not

We commit to delivering the programme content, structure, and live elements as described above. The methodology taught in Found & Followed is based on tested approaches that have produced measurable Instagram growth for our pilot client and for participants in our pilot cohort.

However, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific outcome from your participation in the programme, including, but not limited to, a specific number of new followers, views, enquiries, clients, or revenue. Your results will depend on factors outside our control, including your existing audience, your industry, your consistency in implementing the method, the content you produce, and the Instagram platform's algorithms, which change without notice.

You are responsible for implementing the work yourself. We provide the system; you do the work.

8. Intellectual property

All materials provided as part of the programme, including course guides, frameworks, video content, the trial reels methodology, prompts, templates, custom GPT access, and any other resources, are the intellectual property of Sam Ferguson Digital Marketing.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own practice or business.

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, sell, or sublicense any programme materials

  • Share your login credentials with anyone else

  • Use the programme materials or methodology to teach, coach, or train others on Instagram growth or related topics

  • Reproduce significant portions of the materials in your own content, training, or commercial offerings

  • Record any live calls without our express written permission

Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.

9. Community conduct in the Facebook group

The Facebook group is a private space for cohort members. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all members and facilitators with respect

  • Maintain confidentiality of other members' contributions, businesses, and personal details

  • Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or promoting your own services to other members without prior permission

  • Refrain from sharing screenshots, recordings, or content from the group with anyone outside the cohort

We reserve the right to remove any member from the group whose conduct breaches these expectations. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Our right to cancel or reschedule

In exceptional circumstances, including illness, technical failure, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we may need to reschedule a live call. We will give as much notice as reasonably possible and will offer a recording or alternative time wherever practical.

If we are unable to deliver the programme in full due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a pro-rata refund based on the proportion of the programme remaining at the point of cancellation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with your purchase of the Found & Followed programme is limited to the amount you paid for the programme.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from your participation in the programme, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, loss of profit, lost time, or any decisions you make based on programme content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version of these terms in force at the point of your purchase is the version that applies to your purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
