I specialise in women’s health, especially nutrition because I wholeheartedly believe in the power of natural, whole-body healing. Despite our advanced society, we often lack vital knowledge about our own bodies—I'm here to help change that.
I respect and admire the women I work with deeply, and I love what I do. Yet, reaching this point wasn’t exactly a straight line for me and involved a significant shift. From studying at the London College of Fashion to managing design projects for international drinks brands across Europe, I've always been on the move and searching for my place. At thirty, tired from travel and craving stability, I ventured into the corporate world of private banking.
Everything changed when I had my son.
Postpartum, exhausted from fertility challenges and IVF, I left the banking rush after almost another decade. At the same time, I began exploring nutrition and hormonal health in more depth. I needed to do something just for me, something that truly lit me up; I didn’t want to be an employee anymore, so I retrained in social media marketing for business, aiming for a freelance career that matched my new life's rhythm.
As I progressed in business, my interest in women's health grew—fuelled by my own health experiences. In 2021, I finally found myself moving in the direction of the field that truly meant something to me, and I began working with Sandra Greenbank, founder of The Fertility Nutrition Centre - we still work together today. The rest is history.
Today, I proudly help the remarkable women leading the way in functional medicine, health and wellness broaden their impact and ensure their vital health messages reach far and wide.
