Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of all products in the Templates Vault, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. All sales are final.
If you're experiencing a technical issue or have a question about your template, please contact us at hello@sam-ferguson.co.uk, and we'll do our best to help.
Template Licensing
Each template purchase comes with a single-use licence for one website only. One purchase equals one licence for one website. If you wish to use the same template on a second website, you will need to purchase an additional licence.
You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer your licence to another party.
Copyright
All templates are the intellectual property of Sam Ferguson Digital Marketing. By purchasing a template, you agree to the following:
You may not resell, share, or redistribute the template, design files, or any included resources. You may not claim the design as your own work. Any photography included within the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace all demo images with your own licensed photography. Sam Ferguson Digital Marketing accepts no liability for any image licensing issues arising from your use of supplied demo images.
Template Delivery
Your template will be delivered to your Squarespace account within 2 business days of purchase. We will always aim to meet this timeframe, but on occasion, delivery may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If you haven't received your template within 2 business days, please contact us at hello@sam-ferguson.co.uk.
Template Ownership and Your Responsibilities
Once your template has been added to your Squarespace account, it is your responsibility to add your content and make your edits. Please note the following:
Any accidental changes made to the template after delivery cannot be reversed by us. Your purchase covers a single delivery of the template. If you require the template to be resent due to accidental deletion, changes, or an expired trial, you will need to purchase a new one.
Your template will arrive in your Squarespace account on a free trial. It is important that you either upgrade to a paid plan or request a trial extension from Squarespace before the trial expires. If the trial lapses and Squarespace deletes your site, we are unable to restore it, and a new purchase will be required for redelivery.
