I bring creativity, strategic insight, and personal investment to every project.
My motivation comes from a deeply personal place, I truly LOVE what I do.
I specialise in supporting women in naturopathic health because I wholeheartedly believe in the power of evidence-based nutrition and functional medicine.
But the road here hasn’t been a straight path.
From the London College of Fashion to the international drinks sector and then moving into the corporate banking world at 30 ‘for a change’, I've always been searching for my place. It was my health that eventually guided me here.
Nutrition and functional medicine - my why
When I struggled to get pregnant in my early thirties, it was clear to me I wasn’t getting the full picture from conventional doctors.
I figured my health had to be playing a part, but I didn’t know what to do about it. I bought a Marilyn Glenville book and began a journey of discovery as I embarked on IVF treatment. While the experience was challenging, the learning I’d been doing opened my eyes to the transformative potential of whole-body support.
After my son was born, I found myself utterly exhausted and felt an overwhelming need for something new, my corporate job no longer aligned with my values.
I decided to leave and retrain in social media marketing and website design, eager to channel my creativity into something more meaningful.
My passion for nutrition and functional medicine continued to deepen, and together with my personal health experiences, I knew where I needed to be - amongst those doing the work I cared so deeply about.
What troubled me most about my experience (and still does today) is how unaware I was of the guidance and support I could have embraced during my fertility journey. I want women to know their options.
Today, I work with business owners doing inspiring work in nutritional therapy and functional medicine, helping them expand their reach and impact. Through thoughtful website design and marketing, I’m proud to play a small role in reshaping the future of women’s health.
At the heart of my web design mission are all women-kind, those like my former self, who need support.

You’ll likely find me in the kitchen—I’m a very enthusiastic home cook. My passion for food and cooking inspired my blog, What’s Eating Her, where I share my favourite recipes.
I’m deeply committed to enjoying a healthy lifestyle, living as chemical-free as possible in both my home and my diet. In 2021, I chose to stop drinking alcohol for a short-term health boost. Still, the physical and mental benefits I experienced have been beyond anything I could have imagined, making it a long-term lifestyle change that continues to enhance my well-being more and more.
At home, I live with my 9-year-old son and my husband, who lives with disabilities following a life-changing stroke in 2022.
Balancing work, family, and the ups and downs of recovery has only further fueled the passion I have for my work and those I support.
